FOCUS AREA 3: WORK INTERGRATED LEARNING PROGRAMMES
The country is faced with a serious challenge of young people who are unable to complete their
qualifications and graduate because of lack of Work Integrated Learning (WIL) opportunities. CTC’s
solution-driven approach is an intentional strategy to intervene in this conundrum. Our learning
program is career orientated and designed to integrate academic learning with the practical skills
required in the industry, with special bias to scarce skills.
